Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Shyam Kripa Events (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable advance of [25%] of the total package cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than [20 days] prior to the event date.
• All payments must be made via approved methods as communicated by the Company.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Cancellations made [45 days] or more prior to the event may be eligible for partial adjustment against future services.
• Cancellations made within [20 days] of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
- Changes & Client Responsibilities
• Any change in event details must be informed at least 7 days in advance.
• The client must provide correct event details (date, venue, timing, requirements).
• All necessary permissions or licenses are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
• Venue access for setup and dismantling must be provided on time.
- Liability
• Shyam Kripa Events is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
• Any damages to venue or equipment caused by the client/guests will be charged to the client.
- Media & Content
• Event photos/videos taken by our team may be used for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing.
• All creative concepts and designs remain the property of Shyam Kripa Events.
6.Force Majeure
• The Company shall not be liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or pandemics.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by Indian law.
• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi/NCR courts.
